This visa allows companies with foreign and United States offices to transfer executives or key employees from its foreign locations to its U.S. locations. This visa also allows foreign companies that have newly stablished U.S. offices or businesses to transfer key employees from its foreign location to its U.S. locations

The foreign company and the U.S. company must have a qualifying relationship such as: a subsidiary, an affiliate, a branch, among others

The person seeking the visa must have had the qualifying position with the company for one year over the past three years.
