Attorney Rincon leads a highly skilled team of attorneys in both the United States and Colombia, providing clients with comprehensive international legal representation. In 2022, 2023, 2024, and again in 2025, he was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Colombia for his work in U.S. immigration law.
His clients benefit from his in-depth knowledge of U.S. visa and immigration law, as well as his extensive experience representing clients in international legal matters.
Mr. Rincon’s opinion has been featured more than a hundred times in leading news outlets seeking his perspective on a wide range of legal matters. His professional career began serving Latin American clients in the Washington, D.C., and Hartford, Connecticut metropolitan areas, before joining the law firm Andalman & Flynn, where he assisted both U.S. and international clients in state and federal legal disputes.
Mr. Rincon is an honors graduate of Wesleyan University and a two-time recipient of the prestigious NCAA Scholar All-American Award. During his free time, he coaches youth Olympic Greco-Roman wrestling teams, a sport in which he was a national champion.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from Temple University, where he was a James E. Beasley Scholarship recipient for academic excellence. He is licensed to practice law by the State of New York and by the Republic of Colombia.
