Waivers

Inidividuals who are denied entry into the United States are known as "inadmissible." So that these individuals may legally enter into the United States, a skilled attorney will determine whether there are any circumstances under which the immigration laws may forgive or excuse the reason that the individual became "inadmissible." These applications for forgiveness are known as "waivers."

Foreign nationals may become inadmissible due to several reasons including:

  • Health Reasons

  • Past Criminal Activity

  • Administrative Violations

  • Security Reasons

There are many different types of waivers available. These are some of the most common:

  • Waivers for Temporary Trips to the U.S.

  • Waivers Due To Extreme Hardship

  • Waivers for Long Ago Crimes

  • Waivers for Minor Crimes

Please contact us if you would like to explore the possibility of applying for an immigration waiver.
